Whether you've been playing for decades or just getting started, Gary Dennis helps players with every aspect of the game. He equips players with the tools they need to play successfully. Some need his expertise for tweaking their swing to fully engage with the golf ball for better height and longer drives. Some come to him to reduce their 3-putt bad habits to being the star putter in the foursome.
Wherever you are in your golf game, Gary stands ready to assist. If you're getting in your own way, he'll provide tactics on getting out of your head so you can play with more confidence. He's taught players who hit a hole in one, students who won tournaments, and other PGA pros who needed to refine their game so they could play to their potential.
Come with a sense of humor. Gary takes golf seriously, but he enjoys interjecting the game with humor to keep the fun in the game.

FAQs
What is your experience?
I have been a PGA professional for nearly 40 years. I started playing golf when I was 3 years old. I've enjoyed competing professionally throughout my career including notable wins. I've taught lessons throughout my career and get a thrill from seeing players enjoy the game while improving their skills.
Who do you teach?
I teach all levels of players from advanced to those who are just beginning to appreciate the great game. My students frequently cite how I've lowered their handicap, improved their swing, and tightened up their short game. I enjoy teaching all ages and all levels. I have helped students improve their game to compete in tournaments, instilled a systematic approach to clear "golf brain," and tweaked golf professionals' approaches to be more successful.
What is your teaching philosophy?
While enhancing students' games is a thrill to me, I equally emphasize enjoying the game. I focus on improving scores while ensuring fun. Call me old school, but I don't need technology to tell me what I can plainly see. You don't have to pay extra to cover costs of expensive cameras, video cameras, or teaching aids. I can diagnose swing and stance issues with my wealth of experience.
You can reach me via email at gd.ntpga@verizon.net or phone at 972.467.8060.
I currently teach exclusively at Pecan Hollow Golf Course in Plano.
